Wednesday’s Joe McNally League prologue was a masterclass in how to draft and wave in a TT. With time and performance taking a back-foot today, we were treated to an exhibition in how to behave in a sportif.***

Jonathon Grimes was fastest on the night, with Damien Donlan not too far behind. Ciarán Handley trailed in 3rd, having narrowly edged out John Rowan.
