Introducing McNally Swords CC Couch to 50 km 5 Week Programme!

Want to get fitter, Have some fun, Meet new people, Challenge yourself?

With Our Programme you will:

  • Build confidence cycling your bike
  • Start with short spins
  • Build up to distance, hills, descents
  • Learn how to use the road safely & confidently
  • Learn how to cycle in a group

All spins are led by experienced female and male leaders who are patient and supportive.

Saturday Mornings 9:00 am, April 30th, May 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th.

McNally Swords Club members – free
Non-members – first three rides free, then welcome to join the club – annual leisure membership is €50

Suitable for all ages (you are not too old!)
If you can walk 30-40 mins you can cycle 10-15kms (you can)
